Kaizen (改善) is a Japanese term meaning change for the better or continuous improvement. CPR values the Kaizen concept, believing in making small improvements daily.

The Kaizen presentation is a yearly event, involving all employees presenting on the improvement they have made within the team in their daily operation.

The event started with lunch catering with Muah Chee live station – an all-time favorite childhood snack, followed by a presentation by each team and ended with a happy hour to celebrate the endeavor
